The Fonte Gaia project is pleased to invite you to its first hackathon which will take place from April 10 to 12 at the University Library Joseph Fourier (University Grenoble Alpes).

The hackathon will be about the following challenge: The prefiguration of a participatory indexing tool allowing users to add keywords to the French and Italian works of the Fonte Gaia Bib digital library from pre-existing repositories in three languages (French, Italian and English).

You are computer scientist, Web developer or Web designer? Digital humanist or librarian? Student or PhD student? Are you interested in language treatments, digital humanities or 2.0 technologies and their application in digital libraries? This hackathon is for you!

On the sidelines of the hackathon, we are organizing a study day on Wednesday, April 10th from 9 am, on the following theme: User participation in libraries and digital archives. Librarian and archival challenges to technical issues.
